This is an awesome machine. Minced 14kg of venison over the weekend (once with a 8mm plate then a 4.5 plate) and the machine handled it with ease. I highly recommend to any home owners and hunters wanting to grind their own meat. As the description states, the machine disassembles easy and cleans very easy also.
