This larger mincer that would be suitable for a farm shop, restaurant or smallholders.
Made by Tre-Spade of Italy it is a sturdy well engineered Mincer.
It comes with a tinned cast iron body, forged and tinned steel worm and stainless steel
hopper and motor cover. The base of the machine is made from AISI-430 stainless
steel with rubber feet and the plates and knife also in stainless steel with replacements
available. It has a single phase 220v 50hz motor with a reversing switch. The unit is
quick to disassemble for easy cleaning.
